As a septic contractor, John Todd Co is considered an Essential Critical Infrastructure Worker under the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) guidance on Essential Critical Workers dated March 19, 2020, and TCHD’s Stay At Home Public Health Order dated March 25, 2020.

This means we are open and happy to help with any of your septic needs! To help protect your health and the health of our employees, our office staff will be working remotely. We are doing our best to ensure timely response to all of your calls and emails, though this may be delayed slightly due to the transition.

PLEASE REMEMBER: Septic systems are highly sensitive to what is put in them, and cannot break down things like wipes (even if they state they are septic safe) and the pipes can become clogged by paper towels and anything other than toilet paper. If you must use an alternative to toilet paper, please trash it instead of flushing it to avoid clogging the lines.
